Christopher Lielasus Morrow

Chris is a creative powerhouse, and the single best visual designer with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. His design expertise, speed of delivery, and quality of deliverables are unparalleled. He's always up-to-date on technology and design trends, and always has fresh, exciting ideas. Chris' mind is voracious - I've been stunned on multiple occasions at the sheer speed in which he can immerse himself in whatever new product or technology space he's working in, and develop subject matter expertise in the new area. As a team member, Chris is conscientious, passionate, patient, fair, and humble. He leads by example, works extremely hard, is courageous about addressing problems, and is a superlative mentor for peers, junior team members, clients, and the people lucky enough to be his managers. I've hired Chris three times now over the past 5 years, both contract and full time. I consider myself fortunate each time I have the opportunity to work with him.

It was a pleasure working with Chris. He is a true UX design rockstar with the visual tools to prove it. Chris can take any kind of wireframes, sketches or own ideas and turn them into visually stunning and working application designs. I have worked with several visual and UX designers in my career however I have yet to meet another designer that provided so much support and clear UX direction as Chris did during the time that we worked together. Chris worked well with management, customers, engineers, designers and artists. I would highly recommend Chris for any role that he takes on and I strongly believe that he would be a valuable assets for any company out there.

I worked with Chris for a year and half. And he is one of the best UX person to work with. His designs are not only boldly but also considers the platform limitation which is very important. His designs has been thorough and nothing much left to engineers imagination or doubt. He is always ready to listen to new ideas but will not loose track on what he is doing. I would definitely work with Chris again.

Working with Chris in the UX team at Myriad was a great pleasure. He is highly skilled in both visual and interaction design and has a great eye for detail. He is excellent at concept creation and working to defined milestones within any project and his insight is always on point. Without doubt Chris is one of the best designers I have had the pleasure of working with and I would relish the opportunity to work with him again.

Working with Chris was a joy. He came to Blam early in his career and took the ball and ran with it. His talent and business savvy grew exponentially while at Blam due to his passion and commitment. Chris is the kind of team member you can hand the toughest challenges and he'll face them down and find success, no matter how many or what kind of roadblocks are thrown up.

Chris is an outstanding artist. He is able to create compelling artwork with minimal direction extremely fast. While at MGI he was directly responsible for managing all of our creative. With a team of in-house and contract artists, he was able to streamline both approval, and production processes. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an art director.

Chris is probably my all-time favorite 'art guy'. I worked with him back in the Blam! days and when the time came around I strongly recommended him to Mobile Greetings to build their art department. His performance in this role was nothing short of stellar - he walked in the door and impressed everyone from the first day. He consistently produced gorgeous artwork at a breakneck pace, led his team strongly by example (earning much respect) and was regularly early(!!) with his deliverables. He's patient, reliable, tactful, deals well with demanding clients, has a great work ethic; a true professional. Highly recommended.

I highly endorse and recommend Chris as a colleague and employee. Chris is a self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to manage simultaneous large-scale tasks and teams of designers. As the Art Director for Mobile Greetings, Chris managed a team of designers developing applications for the major content holders in the entertainment and professional sports industries (Sony, Disney, Warner Bros, MLB, NFL, etc...). I was consistently amazed at not only the superior quality of the products coming from his team, but the fact that they were always on time (or even early).
